Smell the happines in Oil!

These essential oils are known to elevate mood: rose, chamomile, clary sage, geranium, lemon, ylang ylang.
Find one you really like and mix with a fragrance-free body lotion-or combine a few drops with olive oil, then add to bathwater or apply directly to pulse points.
To use as a skin or air refresher, mix drops with witch hazel and pour into an atomizer. (use oils sparingly: Undiluted essential oils can cause allergic reactions.)
